Petra leads the Transformation initiatives at CONA Services. She is responsible for VP Strategy and Services, Human Resources, Communications and Change Management, Project Management and Governance. Her role is to connect top-level strategies with operational excellence.
Since 2006, Petra has held various roles of increasing responsibility spanning from leading Strategic Business Planning, Engagement Management, Test Management and training through Business Process Management in her Coke One tenure. Her role involved the planning and design of solution/product and service roadmaps – the CONA Services Strategic Business Plan, as well as spearheading the start of strategic initiatives. Her IT leadership and international consulting experience span across three different continents.
Petra, a native Austrian, enjoys spending time with her family, best of all when skiing.
