Steve leads the Customer process and solution team covering the areas of Call Center, CRM, Trade Promotion Management, Pricing, Order Management and Sales Force automation. He has over 25 years of business and systems integration experience in the consumer goods industry. He has managed and led a variety of projects from large ERP implementations and business performance improvement programs to systems integration of innovative, leading edge IT investments to deliver immediate and sustainable value.

Steve began working with the Coke One team in 2013. Steve is an Atlanta native and he currently lives in Virginia Highlands with his wife, Jennifer, a professor in data science at KSU, and their 2 children.
