Reinhard Meister, Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Reinhard is overall responsible to provide advantaged business process and IT services to the CONA Services bottler members at the right costs to ultimately support those who are selling Coke every day. With his leadership and in collaboration with our bottlers the CONA solution is going to elevate the U.S. bottling business by equipping local bottlers with state-of-the-art technology needed to provide superior service to customers. He has over 20 years of experience in the bottling system and his leadership was instrumental in the development of the Coke One template. Outside of the CONA world he enjoys traveling with his wife, all over the world and home to Switzerland, preferably skiing locations.

Scott Armstrong, Chief Financial Officer

Scott leads the team that provides General Finance, Procurement, Legal and Human Resources services for the CONA Services LLC organization, as well as providing overall general administrative support for the internal CONA team. Scott and his team are responsible for the daily execution of all CONA Finance, HR and Legal activities, as well as strategic Financial and HR long-term planning. Scott has over 28 years of global experience in the Finance, HR and Information Technology areas including 25 years with The Coca-Cola Company and has lived and worked in both the United States and Europe. In his spare time, Scott enjoys hiking with his family in the north Georgia mountains, playing tennis and supporting church related activities. Scott and his wife Dianne have three college-aged children.

Brett Findley, Chief Services Officer

Brett leads the business engagement, planning, bottler enablement and application services teams. He also provides oversight for how services are defined, performed and measured for the full organization. Under his leadership CONA Services provides a suite of value-add and cost effective services to support of our bottlers use of the CONA application. Brett has 20+ years of IT leadership and consulting experience including 17 years supporting Coca-Cola bottlers in the US and overseas. Brett enjoys serving on the board of the Atlanta Australian Rules Football Club.

Robert Shank, Chief Technology Officer

Bob is leading the technology team which includes Development, BI, Integration, Infrastructure, Release Management, and SDLC/Testing. His teams are responsible for delivering a stable infrastructure, building the CONA solutions, and ensuring the solutions are successfully delivered into the production environment with the proper level of testing and controls. He has 31 years of IT experience – 25 of those at The Coca-Cola Company. Outside of work, Bob enjoys spending time at the lake, the movies, or the gym with his wife Teresa and their two sons.

Robert Hadley, Chief Solutions Officer

Rob is leading the process and solution team for the functional areas of Customer, Manufacturing, Enabling (Human Resources, Finance and Procurement) and Sales Operations. Under his leadership these teams are solely responsible for the CONA strategic product roadmap, the design, build and successful implementation of the CONA Solutions in this areas. He has over 28 years of business and systems experience in manufacturing, services, and consulting industries during which he has managed a variety of projects from large ERP implementations to company acquisitions. Rob began working with the Coke One team in 2009.

Saurabh Parikh, Vice President Innovation & Architecture

Saurabh leads the Innovation, Architecture and Data management function. Along with his team he is responsible for driving Innovation to deliver Business Improvements, delivering optimal Architecture to support an efficient CONA IT environment, and providing end-to-end Master Data management services. Saurabh joined The Coca-Cola family in 2009 and has held several IT positions with increasing responsibilities, helping develop and deploy best-practices based solutions for Coca-Cola Bottlers globally. Prior to Coca-Cola, Saurabh worked as an IT trainer, IT Executive and ERP implementation specialist in education, telecommunications, consulting, and services industries. In his spare time, Saurabh enjoys spending time with friends and family, binge watching Netflix, reading, and being outdoors.

David McClure headshot

David McClure, Vice President Risk & Security

David is leading the Risk, Security, and IT Controls organization. Under his leadership, these teams are responsible for Assessing Enterprise and Solution Risks, implementing mitigating controls, execution of IT General Controls, Identity and Access Management, SAP and Application Security Development, and Network Security Monitoring and Intrusion Prevention. David has over 10 years’ experience in Identity Management, ERP and Application Security, and ITG controls in both the Coca-Cola system and in consulting services. Outside of work, David enjoys playing the guitar, learning new technologies, and relaxing around Atlanta with his wife and dogs.

Francesco Quinterno, Chief Technology Officer

Francesco leads the Technology team and is responsible to further improve Operational stability and operational costs of the CONA solutions. He will also lead and direct the IT service strategy; provide executive oversight for strategic vendor and partner relationship management. In this role he will drive the strategy of migrating foundational infrastructure systems to a cloud-centric environment that is capable of supporting company growth, financial targets and desired flexibility. Francesco has worked in international roles for Colgate Palmolive, Warner Brothers and Coca-Cola Enterprises. In his most recent role he was the VP of IT Operations at Coca-Cola Enterprises where he led teams in Cloud Services, Field IT, Infrastructure Services and Application Management Support. Most recently he co-founded accessnow which developed an Emergency Access Application that is listed on the Salesforce AppExchange.

Steve Priestley, Vice President Customer Solutions

Steve leads the Customer process and solution team covering the areas of Call Center, CRM, Trade Promotion Management, Pricing, Order Management and Sales Force automation. He has over 25 years of business and systems integration experience in the consumer goods industry. He has managed and led a variety of projects from large ERP implementations and business performance improvement programs to systems integration of innovative, leading edge IT investments to deliver immediate and sustainable value. Steve began working with the Coke One team in 2013. Steve is an Atlanta native and he currently lives in Virginia Highlands with his wife, Jennifer, a professor in data science at KSU, and their 2 children.

Carl Carson, Vice President Enabling Solutions

Carl leads the functional areas of Human Resources, Finance and Procurement (Enabling solutions). His teams are responsible for the design, build and successful implementation of the CONA Solutions in conjunction with the optimization of business processes, solution usage and updating of the CONA strategic product roadmap with future initiatives. He has over 34 years of business and systems experience in the manufacturing and services industries of which 25 were spent with the Coca-Cola Company. Originally from Ireland, Carl enjoys playing golf, fly fishing and spending time with his three sons.

Rajen Raval, Vice President Manufacturing Solutions

Rajen is leading Process & Solution leaders and Architects in the area of Manufacturing, which covers Demand Operations and Inventory Planning (DOIP), Production Execution, Quality Management, Inventory Management, Plant Maintenance and Fleet Management, including process integration to other enabling functions (Procurement, HR and Finance) and BI-HANA reporting. Rajen is a Manufacturing and IT Professional with a real world operations experience of 36 years. He has managed several programs and projects in supply chain area by providing IT enabled processes to drive business value extraction and optimization within Coca-Cola system for almost 20 years. Outside of work Rajen has a passion for music and teaching.

Baron Jordan, Vice President Sales Operations Solutions

Baron leads the Sales Operations and Equipment Services teams providing solutions for Direct Store Delivery, Full Service Vending, Warehousing and Customer Asset Management. Baron began working with The Coca-Cola Company in 2004 and has been associated with Coke One initiatives since 2009. Prior to joining our system, he worked as a management & technology consultant serving numerous tangible goods industries in the U.S. and abroad. His prior roles include application of core financials and financial integration within cross stream logistics. Outside of CONA, Baron takes great joy in time with his young family, playing golf, and coaching soccer.

Rich Little, Operations Excellence Director

Rich is responsible for process development and system improvement to ensure the stability of the CONA platform for our customers, including capacity management and business continuity planning. He has over 20 years of IT experience in the beverage industry, including infrastructure operations, application support, and IT security. Originally from Georgia, Rich has worked throughout the US and Europe. Away from work, he enjoys travelling, camping and spending time with his family.

Brian Toms, Director PMO & Enablement

Brian leads the overall PMO, Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, and Learning & Development teams. His teams are responsible for the planning and delivery of CONA initiatives. Brian has over 30 years of domestic and and international IT experience within The Coca-Cola System. He has led multiple international deployments across the US, Europe, Eurasia, and Asia and has lived and worked in the United States and Europe. Outside of work, Brian enjoys running, gardening, fishing, cooking, and spending time at the beach with his wife and three daughters.

Petra Romano, Director Strategic Initiatives

Petra leads the planning and board agreement on strategic initiatives. She collaborates with the leadership team to define the strategic long term plans for CONA Services as a company. That involves the planning and design of solution/product and service roadmaps - the CONA Services Strategic Business Plan, as well as spearheading the start of strategic initiatives. In her time with the Coke One Team since 2006 Petra has held various roles of increasing responsibility. Her IT leadership and international consulting experience span across three different continents. Originally from Austria, Petra enjoys spending time with her family (best of all when skiing).
