Big Ideas, Shared Impact – Celebrating Our 2026 Hackathon

What happens when passionate people, real business challenges and the freedom to innovate come together? Two days of big ideas, bold thinking and solutions built to move the bottling business forward.

At CONA Services’ 2026 Hackathon, six cross-functional teams of bottler employees, NAOU associates and CONA team members joined forces through cross-functional and cross-organization collaboration bringing fresh energy, firsthand perspectives, relevant business data and AI tools together to turn ideas into working solutions all within a focused, two-day sprint.

The event concluded with teams presenting their solutions and business value to CONA and bottler leaders. The energy in the room reflected what innovation at CONA is all about: bringing people together, sharing new perspectives and creating practical ideas that can make an impact for bottling partners and the Coca-Cola system.

Congratulations to the top teams: Code Red for merchandiser visit optimization, Route Cause Analysis for managing off-day deliveries, and FizzOps for applying natural-language querying to profitability data.
