Lisa Obiano Named Vice President, People and Organizational Effectiveness of CONA Services LLC

ATLANTA, Sept. 21, 2026 — CONA Services has appointed Lisa Obiano as Vice President of People and Organizational Effectiveness, effective Oct. 1, 2026.

In her new role, Obiano will lead the company’s human resources, enterprise PMO, communications, change management, and learning and development functions. She will help align people strategies, organizational readiness, and execution capabilities to support CONA’s business priorities and accelerate delivery across the North America Bottling System.

Since joining CONA Services in 2019, Obiano has led communications, change management, and learning and development, driving organizational readiness, transformation adoption, employee engagement, and communications initiatives. Prior to CONA, she held leadership roles across the Coca-Cola System in change management, communications, strategy, planning, and program management, supporting key transformation efforts.
