Petra Romano Named Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Coca-Cola UNITED

ATLANTA, July 30, 2026 – CONA Services is excited to share that Petra Romano has been named Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Coca-Cola UNITED, effective Oct. 1, 2026. Romano will succeed Beeland Nielsen, who will transition to Senior Vice President of Commercial on Aug. 1 and continue serving as Chief Information Officer until Romano joins Coca-Cola UNITED.

Romano has been an instrumental part of CONA from its earliest days. Her journey began with Coke One and continued as she assumed increasing leadership responsibilities across the organization, most recently serving as Chief Transformation Officer. Throughout her tenure, Romano has advanced major strategic initiatives and helped shape how CONA connects strategy, people, governance, delivery, and stakeholder engagement to support our Bottlers and advance system-wide priorities.
